"Timber modules #1" (2018)
"Timber Modules #1" is another in a series of kinetic sculptures that are intended to take on many different forms. This sculpture consists of 4 modules made from large (20cm x 20cm/8" x 8") timbers recovered from the cut off pile at a sawmill in Sweden. Each individual module is a beautiful object in itself. The idea behind this work is that the collector of the work is also involved in the finished work. Every time the piece is moved or reassembled, a different configuration can be made. No matter how it gets assembled, the result is beautiful. Click on link below to see some of the alternative configurations. Price 2800 USD
